Well-being

Central to my view of well-being is:

  1. Dedication: to dedicate time and attention to be aware of the state of our body, mind and emotions.
  2. Acknowledge: to acknowledge how their states interrelate and impact our thoughts, beliefs and behaviours.
  3. Reflection: to gain consciousness through observation and reflection of how this is represented in our lives.
  4. Express: to apply and express these learnings courageously for ourselves and our lives.

In other words: Dare to be who you are, observe yourself and evolve in the process.

I believe this is the foundation for well-being, growth and expression. If each of these sacred aspects of our being are taken care of, accepted and acknowledged, the rest will flow and follow. Perhaps you have experienced that when thoughts, beliefs and ideas are born from this deep place of connection, peace and wisdom, we are coherent with who we are. By no means however, I am saying this is easy! I don´t think its impossible either.

In this space, I explore well-being practices from different angles. In particular, I am drawn to mindfulness practices, body care routines, music, and connecting with nature in different forms.

These practices are intertwined with my Coaching and Creative practices. I also share my insights and research in this site so you can explore and try them out. I am always happy to answer questions and you are welcome to share if you know someone who may be interested.
