In 2017 I was living in Charlottesville Virginia and I had the opportunity to undergo the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. Ever since, I have been combining my experience and education in psychology, management and entrepreneurship to support individuals express and develop their gifts and talents to their fullest potential whilst living the life they want.
As a Coach, I hold a holistic perspective, and care for the whole person – mind, emotions, body and spirit, acknowledging that each is a source of wisdom and are enriched by each other. This holistic view, coupled with my core values of being coherent and authentic, is woven in all of my coaching offerings, acting as a guiding force to support the Coachee in identifying their unique gifts, talents, motivations, strengths and purpose. I use diverse and complementary methods and tools to bring this information to light and anchor the self-awareness, development and creative process. The tools and exercises I use are grounded in personal experience and leading scientific research.
My practice has a strong social component where my long term aim is to make a contribution to how people learn and live, acknowledging that people learn in different ways and at different speeds. It also envisions a world where people can express and manifest their uniqueness and sustain their lives accordingly. I focus on entrepreneurs/solopreneurs, leaders, creatives and other individuals who are looking to express their gifts and talents when entering the job market or creating their offerings and businesses.
My specialities include career and life transitions, leadership, entrepreneurship, teams, creativity and well-being.
